Asplenium Trichomanes

This is a form of the common Asplenium Trichomanes, or maidenhair spleenwort.

Dryopteris Affinis

Golden scaled male fern, early summer foliage, height to 1 metre

Polystichnum Setiferum Congesta

Unfurling of fronds in spring. The 'congested' form of the soft shield fern, where the frond is shortened, causing the pinnae to overlap. The shortenerd stipe is brittle. Forms a tight rosette.
